Health Action Council
Employer Guidance on Viruses & Bacterial Infections Including Coronavirus (Covid-19)
Based on what is currently known about the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), Health Action Council has developed interim guidance to i) help prevent workplace exposures in non-healthcare settings, and ii) provide planning considerations for community spread of COVID-19. This interim guidance will continue to be updated as additional information becomes available.

Gardiner’s operations are fully functional, and its offices remain open, while many of its Associates are working remotely. For the duration of the State’s Stay at Home order, Gardiner will not be hosting client or supplier meetings or visits in its offices but have videoconferencing capability and encourage you to work with your Gardiner contact to make alternative arrangements.
In-person training sessions have been suspended, but where possible Gardiner is conducting virtual training to meet Client needs.

No Contact Parts & Supplies Pick-up Information
Gardiner is open for business throughout Northern Ohio and both the Solon and Toledo locations are fully stocked and supported for pick up. To maintain the safety of your teams as well as Gardiner’s associates, Gardiner has modified its counter procedures and has employed a “No Contact Pickup Zone” for Will Call. Gardiner will also drop ship orders to your facility or job site.
When picking up your orders:
Solon: Call (440) 394-4000 when you arrive. Gardiner will either bring your order out or direct you to Pick Up Dock #5 in the rear lot.
Toledo: Call (419) 794-3400 when you arrive.
Please note that Gardiner will maintain this pick-up process until the State of Ohio’s Stay at Home order is lifted.
COVID-19 has not impacted ComDoc/Xerox’s equipment, parts and supplies availability. Xerox have started to activate mitigation strategies as appropriate, including but not limited to premium airfreight, alternate sourcing, asset recovery and reverse logistics.
Xerox will continue to provide support and service within impacted areas as national and local governments allow. Most technicians dispatch from their homes and are not dependent on local office and warehouse locations. If local operations are impacted, Xerox will reach out to you.
