ClearSpan designs and manufactures an extensive line of fabric, pre-engineered metal and cold formed steel buildings that have been used extensively for sand and salt storage, garages, gymnasiums, pickleball, vehicle and maintenance garages, auxiliary school buildings, recreation spaces and much more.
Each ClearSpan building is designed to last decades into the future. Many frames are made from triple-galvanized steel, allowing them to stand up to the most corrosive environments, and they come with a 50-year warranty. For cladding ClearSpan offers various options, including a 12.5 oz. and 29 oz. fabric, which come with a 20- and 30-year warranty, respectively. Metal cladding is offered in a number of different channels that have various gauges, and they feature 20-to-30-year warranties.
