Building Compliant State-Level JOC Programs

Creating a national JOC program was just the first step. Gordian and Equalis Group are now establishing compliant state-level JOC programs.

What do we mean by state-level JOC programs? We partner with a public agency in a particular state to issue an RFP seeking highly qualified contractors of all types who operate in that state… roofing, painting, paving, flooring installation, dry-wall work, electrical, plumbing. You name it.

Our objective is to build a JOC program in individual states across the country that is locally procured with work performed by local contractors. Public sector entities in that state can rely on the procurement and contracting process conducted by an in-state lead agency in full compliance with the construction-related procurement statutes of that particular state.
