Why Become a Member?
Save Time. Save Money. Stay Legal. These commitments to our members drive the work that we do every day.
- Our publicly procured, competitively solicited contracts save our members time by providing them with a legal exemption from conducting their own bid and request for proposal process.
- The buying power of our membership combined with our sourcing team’s expertise ensures that our members save money when purchasing through our master agreements.
- Compliance is key. Our lead agencies’ rigorous procurement processes comply with statutory requirements and adhere to 2-C.F.R. Part 200 (Uniform Guidance), ensuring our members can purchase through our Master Agreements with confidence and peace of mind.
Suppliers
The rigorous solicitation process our Lead Agencies follow is intentionally designed to award contracts to the best available suppliers in each spending category they procure. Equalis Group Lead Agencies select winners, rather than awarding contracts to most or all respondents. The goal is to find companies that deliver the greatest value and lowest total cost for our members.
Our Lead Agencies award contracts to suppliers that deliver on these commitments. The Equalis Group team then focuses our efforts on deploying the contract to current and potential Equalis Group members across the country.
Suppliers interested in working with Equalis Group must win a Lead Agency’s solicitation – that is the only way to become an Equalis Group supplier partner. The Procurement Team routinely engages in dialogue with potential supplier partners to learn more about them, their industry, and their differentiators. Connecting with the Procurement Team is the best way to initiate a conversation and stay apprised of upcoming Lead Agency solicitations that may be a fit for you.
