Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator plays a critical role in managing and executing the successful launch and deployment of newly awarded supplier master agreements for Equalis Group. You will work closely with suppliers to gather content for landing pages and marketing materials, coordinate Leadership Kickoff and Go-to-Market Planning meetings, and execute initial 90-day action plans. You will also organize training sessions for suppliers’ sales teams, ensure Equalis Group is featured prominently
on supplier websites, support joint marketing efforts, maintain ongoing supplier communication, and coordinate online discussions for suppliers and members. Proactive communication and responsiveness are key. Specific responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
The Launch of Newly Awarded Supplier Master Agreements:
- Coordinate content collection from suppliers for web pages and marketing materials.
- Schedule and manage Leadership Kickoff and Go-to-Market meetings.
- Develop and execute initial 90-day supplier Go-to-Market plans.
- Organize and facilitate training sessions for suppliers’ sales teams.
- Ensure prominent placement of Equalis Group on supplier websites.
- Support joint marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and detailed documentation in Salesforce.com.
- Facilitate ongoing communication and engagement with suppliers.
Online Discussions & Virtual/In-Person Trainings:
- Schedule, design, and follow up to online discussions for members and suppliers.
- Track and report out online discussion performance and results.
- Continuously improve online discussions and develop, refresh, and maintain Power Point and associated email templates.
List Management & Reporting:
- Add supplier sales reps to Pardot and list manage as needed.
- Manage distribution lists for various audiences, including supplier reps and leadership, members, prospects.
- Track Contract Interest Forms and Member Registrations with contracts cited, notifying suppliers identified on a monthly basis.
Job Qualifications and Experience:
- This position is on-site in Solon, Ohio with limited travel.
- Strong business writing experience, demonstrated organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple concurrent responsibilities.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management systems (e.g., SalesForce.com) and content management systems (e.g., Pardot) preferred.
- Energetic and enthusiastic; comfortable working in a fast‐paced, dynamic environment and enjoys building lasting relationships.
- Self-motivated and results oriented.
- BA/BS degree in business, marketing, or communications preferred.

Location: Home based – Northeast (NY, NJ, VA, VT, NH, MA, MD, DE, CT, RI)
Salary range: $105k-$125k / year. Bonuses are available based on individual performance.
The Regional Director (RD) is responsible for promoting Equalis Group’s Public Sector cooperative contract program within designated geography. Working with purchasing individuals from cities, counties, K-12, state, higher ed, and non-profits, the RD will be responsible for identifying and supporting cooperative purchasing solutions for Equalis Group’s, Public Sector’s participating agencies. The RD will also work collaboratively with awarded supply partners to develop and implement strategies that drive increased adoption of the Equalis Group, Public Sector’s contract portfolio. The RD will report to the Area VP, live within the designated geography, and should expect to travel up to 30% of the time within territory to meet with members, supplier partners (100+), attend tradeshows, etc.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Maintain and grow revenue based on the assigned sales plan and region of responsibility.
- Work with awarded suppliers’ sales representatives to drive new sales within current members and to acquire new members.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with supplier sales personnel and regional management.
- Responsible for suppliers increasing volume through contract by driving value to agencies.
- Schedule and attend in-person and virtual appointments with public agencies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with larger, strategic accounts in territory.
- Develop relationships with state sponsors within territory.
- Take complete ownership of territory, engage team members for help and guidance when necessary.
- Manage and stay within expense budget.
- Support Corporate Training events scheduled by suppliers.
Job Qualifications and Experience:
- Must live in region and within reasonable distance to a major airport.
- Motivated, hard worker that enjoys building lasting relationships.
- 3 + years of sales experience, public sector sales experience is a plus.
- Energetic and enthusiastic; comfortable working in a fast‐paced, dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a remote environment.
- Ability to work independently and be self‐motivated, results oriented.
- Ability to manage time effectively.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Experience with a CRM system (Salesforce), preferred.
- BA/BS degree preferred.
